Privacy notice
Relocate Cyprus is operated by KyanoLab Ltd, registered in Cyprus, based in Pissouri (Limassol district). Contact: hello@kyanolab.tech.
What we collect
- · Forms you fill in — name, email, phone, district, move date, message. Stored only for the purpose you submitted them for (an intro, a pro application, the newsletter, or the contact form).
- · Form metadata — IP and user-agent at submission, attached to your consent record so we can prove lawful basis.
- · Privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible) — page views and referrer counts. No cookies, no personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking.
- · localStorage for the planner and document tracker — stored on your device only, never sent to our servers.
What we don't collect
- · No cookies that track you across sites.
- · No third-party advertising pixels.
- · No fingerprinting.
- · No social-media tracking buttons.
Lawful basis (GDPR Article 6)
- · Pro intros, contact form, newsletter: Article 6(a) — explicit consent, given via the checkbox at submission.
- · Pro applications to be listed: Article 6(b) — performance of contract.
- · Anonymised analytics: Article 6(f) — legitimate interest in understanding which guides are useful.
Your rights
- · Access: request a copy of everything we hold on you. We respond within 30 days.
- · Erasure: "right to be forgotten" — we delete (and add your email hash to a permanent suppression list so we don't accidentally re-contact you).
- · Rectification, portability, objection: standard GDPR rights apply.
- · Email privacy@kyanolab.tech.
Sharing & retention
- · Pro intros: we share your details with the single pro you've explicitly requested an intro from. Never with anyone else.
- · Sub-processors: Vercel (hosting, EU/Frankfurt), Supabase (database, EU/Frankfurt), Resend (transactional email, US — DPA in place), Plausible (analytics, EU/Germany).
- · Retention: form submissions kept 24 months from last contact; consent records kept indefinitely as legal evidence (anonymised after 5 years).
- · No data is sold, ever.
